    • Conduct due diligence research for new development opportunities and existing projects.
    • Identify and analyze opportunities and challenges; establish priorities, and efficiently allocate resources.
    • Facilitate development to ensure project is completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with affordability, green, smart growth principles, and financial requirements and community engagement commitments.
    • Lead the project team of architects, engineers, contractors, property management, and other professionals with limited supervision to achieve the objectives of the project.
    • Manage project contracts, budgets, schedules and the requisitioning process.
