• Facilitate community meetings to discuss project, community related needs and build upon existing community assets.
• Propose and facilitate the implementation of development initiatives and activities intended to increase the success of projects, the quality of life for residents and support meaningful resident engagement.
• Acting in the best interest of the organization, highlight the values of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.
• Design and implement organizing initiatives that build community development initiatives.
• Establish baseline information and collect all required community engagement information and input onto appropriate community engagement databases.
• Establish and maintain communication with community stakeholders in order to maximize resources available to accomplish community engagement initiatives.
